OSS Message - How to create a new Incident to SAP Support post UI changes?

SAP has changed the UI of Service Marketplace and for those who are used to old interface find it the Fiori user interface little strange. Below are the steps to follow to submit a new incident to SAP Support.

Step 1: Login to Service Marketplace using below URL

Step 2: Type the error of the problem you are trying to report in the search text box and search
(Before you report an incident SAP requires you to carry out a search using the search box below.)

Step 3:  You Report an incident using the Contact SAP Support button on the result page. The Report an incident form will be launched and guide you through the process.

Lastly you have to provide Installation Number, System ID, Problem Description , Add any attachments of errors, Steps to reproduce.
