- From the SUM trace and logs you have to identify the package SCA which is showing error , you will find in logs just before error mesage with clause "Loading Archive"
- Download the support packages(SCA) again from service market place and ensure there is adequate disk space to deploy the files. See note 891895 for details.
- Re-run the SUM(software update manager) to import and deploy the support package(s) from the point it has stopped
